Our mission? Here at Playbag, we want to actively contribute to a better present and future. We want to show that it is possible to do business successfully, create beautiful and functional things, and at the same time be responsible in relation to nature and people. Because we do not care how our actions affect nature and society, we are looking for different paths for ecological and ethical business. Sustainable development is a broad topic, but for us it combines aspects that are very personal – the relationship to nature, to our employees and to the location where we work. It is our life and our Playbag. In very simple terms, sustainable development means the use of natural resources in such a way that their value is not reduced and, if possible, increased, and at the same time it also means the development of society and the economy.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships are the cornerstones of a happy life, not only at work, and that is why they are very important to us. We perceive diversity as enrichment and take into account the individuality of our employees and co-workers. Designing and manufacturing items that we know will serve our customers for many years brings us the joy of meaningful work. Because what lasts doesn't need to be thrown away and thus saves money and the environment.

COLABORATIONS

We cooperate with Czech designers and artists (Vivien Babicová, Lenka Drgová, Filip Lang, Pavel Preisner) whose works are regularly exhibited in our Zlín showroom.

By combining traditional approaches to craftsmanship and modern, efficient manufacturing processes, we are able to achieve very decent results at low energy costs. Quality is the key.

We collect and dispose of broken and old products according to the composition of the materials, so when your Playbag is used up, send it to us, at home.

New technologies can also have significant ecological benefits, such as the new Malai (coconut skin) material we like to use.

In order to be able to employ and operate our craft in the long term, we need a lot of little things and expensive details that cement and keep our small business together. We see real values ​​in human relationships, so we don't burden the selling prices with high reseller margins or high profits, and this allows us to make things honestly, with quality materials and at affordable prices. The amount you pay for our products goes to the real people who designed and made the item for you. We don't drive in luxury cars, we walk with you.
